1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased from weryn.com under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received (e.g., no damage, stains, or alterations).
  • Eligible Items: Most indoor décor items, such as wall art, vases, cushions, and rugs, are eligible for return unless marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order artwork).
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, not as described, or changed mind).
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address in China.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Include the RMA number on the package.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Section 4).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection: We’ll verify the item’s condition within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds cover the item’s purchase price, excluding:
    • Original shipping costs.
    • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
    • Customs duties, VAT, or taxes (these are non-refundable by Weryn).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right:

  • Report Within 7 Days: Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
  • Free Returns: If the issue is our fault (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label where possible.
  • Options:

    • Refund: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to our cross-border shipping from China. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the return process (Section 2).
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on weryn.com.

This ensures faster processing, as we ship from China to the USA and Europe.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to the USA or Europe, customs duties, VAT, or taxes are not refundable by Weryn, as these are charged by your local customs authority. Contact your customs office for information on potential duty refunds.

7. Canceling Orders
  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing [email protected]. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it after delivery, following the return process (Section 2).
