1. Where We Ship
Weryn ships exclusively to the United States and Europe. Some remote areas may have restrictions or additional fees. Contact us at [email protected] to confirm delivery to your address.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders, shipped from China using trusted carriers like YunExpress, 4PX, or similar logistics partners.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive in 7 to 18 business days after processing, depending on your location in the USA or Europe.
- Note: Larger items, like rugs or furniture, may take closer to 18 days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on:
- Your order’s weight and size.
- Your delivery address (e.g., USA or Europe).

4. Order Processing
We process your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes carefully packing your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Custom or large orders may take up to 5 days.
5. Packaging
We pack your décor items securely to prevent damage:
- Strong Boxes: Multi-layer cartons for fragile items like vases or glassware.
- Protective Wrapping: Waterproof covers to keep items safe.
- Clear Labels: Easy-to-read labels with your address and order details.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- USA: You may need to pay import duties or taxes, as the $800 duty-free limit no longer applies. We provide a Commercial Invoice and other required documents to help with customs.
- Europe: You’re responsible for VAT, duties, or taxes, which vary by country. We include all necessary paperwork for smooth customs clearance.
Customs fees are not included in your order total and are paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery. Contact us for help with customs questions.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Track it on weryn.com or the carrier’s website. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.
8. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Ensure someone is available to receive it, or check with the carrier for pickup options if you miss delivery.
9. Shipping Insurance
We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss or damage. It’s optional but covers the full value of your order.
10. Delays
We aim for 7–18 days delivery, but delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing.
- Holidays or peak shipping seasons.
- Weather or unexpected events.

11. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
